Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Global Pallet Sales. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds:

  • You have 15 business days from the date of purchase to request a refund for your order.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for your order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.

Exceptions:

  • Some items may not be eligible for refunds or returns, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and clearance or sale items.
  • Returns or refunds for these items will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
